The Elf Tree has been a success thus far and the Elves are currently located at the 7 Clans Paradise Casino, hanging from the tree and are ready to be picked by anyone who is interested. “I was on the casino’s task team that General Manager Brian Gooden had put together and we discussed the ‘Angel Tree’, which that was already a copyright, so we came up with the closest thing to Santa and that was the Elf Tree!” said Jim Compton Sr., PR Manager.
Two years ago Andrea Kihega of the Otoe-Missouria Social Services Department approached Jim Compton Sr., Public Relations Manager at the 7 Clans Paradise Casino with the idea of the casino helping to provide Christmas gifts to the children in the Otoe-Missouria Foster Program.
